This policy explains how Point of Sale (POS) System — Demo handles personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we keep
- Your account: name, e-mail address, a hash of your password (never the password itself) and your language.
- Security records: sign-ins, active sessions and a shortened IP address, to protect your account.
- What you send us: messages, support tickets and their attachments.
- Payments: the order, the amount and the payment provider's reference. Card and UPI details stay with the payment provider.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: the session, the sign-in and your language and theme choice.
Your rights
Signed in, you can download your data and delete your account under Account → Privacy. For anything else write to demo-owner@getxtra.in.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Security records are deleted after 90 days. Invoices are kept as long as the tax law requires.
